How fast can you start the restoration process?
Once your call or quote request is received, we can dispatch a trained technician within two hours for emergencies and schedule inspections the same or next day for non-emergency projects.
Do you offer services for medically sensitive clients?
Yes. Biodynamic is the only known restoration company in the region with more than a thousand third-party post-remediation tests passed for medically sensitive projects. Our PureSpace Clear™ Medically Sensitive Mold Remediation process meets strict testing standards (HERTSMI-2 ≤ 12) and uses proprietary, non-toxic bioremediation methods designed for clients recovering from CIRS, Lyme, and other environmental sensitivities.
Can you work directly with my insurance company?
Absolutely. We coordinate with your adjuster, handle documentation, and bill your insurance carrier directly. You only pay your deductible, leave the paperwork stress to us.
Do you just fix the issue or do you also handle the rebuild?
After the mitigation phase, our team completes full rebuilds, from drywall, flooring, and cabinetry to full structural repairs. We manage every stage in-house, so you don’t have to juggle multiple contractors. Our goal is to return your home or business to pre-loss condition quickly and safely.
